The “European Union Support to Active Youth Inclusion” project is financed by the European Union and co-funded by the Government of the Republic of Serbia and managed by Ministry of Finance – Department for Contracting and Financing of EU Funded Programmes (CFCU).

The main beneficiary is the Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social Affairs, other beneficiary institutions are the Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Contracting Authority.  

Other beneficiaries are the Ministry of Education, Science and Technological Development, National Employment Service, Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit, Grant Beneficiaries awarded under the Grant Scheme, relevant stakeholders (public and private institutions) contributing to the effective youth employment and employability and active inclusion in the Republic of Serbia

End beneficiaries of the project are the citizens of Serbia – youth and vulnerable and/or disadvantaged groups

The overall objective is to foster a high-employment economy cohesion through the implementation of the Employment and Social Reform Programme (ESRP) priorities.

The specific objectives are to:

  • increase employment through enhancing youth activity;
  • increase early acquisition of work experience and entrepreneurship practices among youth; and
  • activate social welfare beneficiaries.

Project is implemented by a consortium of Eptisa Southeast Europe d.o.o. (SR) and EPTISA Servicios de Ingenieria S.L. (ES), and it includes support in the Grant Scheme implementation, as well as number of activities related to active youth inclusion.
